Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • Be returned in the original packaging

  • Include all accessories, manuals, and components

  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these requirements.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Items damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear

  • Products returned without original packaging or essential components

  • Clearance, final sale, or customized items (if applicable)

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for the return.

Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, Edithjohanna will cover the return shipping cost.

  • For returns due to personal preference, change of mind, or ordering the wrong item, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is the result of our error.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the item so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the original product and place a new order.
